MEMBERSHIPS

Memberships Include a riding cart

$300 -  League Day Membership  - The League Day or One Day Membership will be honored  the 1 day of the week of the league you wish to play. You may play additional holes of golf outside of your league but it will only be honored on that day of the week.

$1000 – Single Membership   -  The Single Membership will be honored 7 Days a week and will be honored for all open and league play.

$1500 – Family Membership  -  The Family Membership will be honored 7 Days a week and will be honored for all open and league play.  Family Memberships is defined under the “Family Privilege” section of the rules.

$250 - Student Membership  -  The Student Membership is a Greens Fee or Walking Only membership. This membership can be purchased for anyone under the age of 21 and will be honored 7 Days a week.  This membership does NOT include a riding cart.

Rules & Regulations

PREFACE

The Red Hawk Run Golf Course is operated and managed by Moyer Golf Management. LLC,  dba Red Hawk Run GC, herein called the Manager.

The purpose of the Golf Course is to offer its members a recreational and social facility and to promote its use to the greatest enjoyment of the membership.

These rules and regulations are designed to assure that the conduct of individual members and guests will be acceptable to all. The rights of any member are subject to the terms and conditions as prescribed in the Rules and Regulations.

These Rules and Regulations have been prepared by representatives of the Red Hawk Run Golf Course and the Manager, and are binding on all members, guests, and others using Red Hawk Run facilities.

GOLF COURSE RULES

1.       Tee Times will be required for all play. Make the effort to schedule and check in your group at the beginning of your round using the website/app.  Please confirm that your tee time matches the number of golfers in your group.

2.       A member may extend the privileges of the Golf Course to guests except at a member-only scheduled Golf Course function. Guests must be accompanied or registered by a member who is responsible for all conduct and indebtedness of the guest (guest fee).

3.       Loss or damage to Golf Course property, including golf carts, by any member or guests, will be the direct responsibility of the member at the cost of repair or replacement. Any repeat offenders will be subject to disciplinary actions by the Manager.

4.       No Golf Course property will be removed by any member off Golf Course premises.

5.       Pets are permitted in, around, or on the Golf Course grounds. When golfers are on the course or maintenance personnel are present please use a leash.    

6.       Members are not to reprimand employees of the Golf Course. Complaints will be directed to the Manager.

7.       Hours of the Red Hawk Run Golf Course are subject to the discretion of the management.

 

PARTY AND GUEST RULES

1.       All Guest must be accompanied by a member and playing in the same group of the member.

2.       Any outing, regardless of the numbers, must adhere to the Red Hawk Run Golf Course’s dress code.

GOLF COURSE RULES

Golf is a game that requires a great deal of etiquette. Consideration for others is a mark of good sportsmanship and will contribute greatly to your pleasure. For definition purposes, the playing season will be defined by the Manager. It is incumbent upon all golfers to observe the following rules:

1.       The Manager has the right to close the course if he believes that play will cause damage to the greens or the course. A notification will be emailed to all members if the Golf Course is closed.

2.       Children under twelve (12) are not permitted on the course except in the company of a parent or other member over twenty-one (21) years of age who will be responsible for their safety and conduct, or at the discretion of the Manager.

3.       You should always take care to not hit into the group in front of you. If the grounds crew is on the course, you are to give them ample clearance and ensure they know you are there. If you hit into the grounds crew you will be subject to immediate disciplinary action.

4.       Allow residents walking on the cart paths the privilege of enjoying their property. Please be courteous and allow them to pass by or get out of your range before striking the ball.

5.       Attire on the course should be acceptable in the traditional sense. At the discretion of the Manager, anyone not in appropriate attire will be asked to change.

6.       No one under sixteen (16) years of age is permitted to operate golf carts, including private carts.

7.       All carts must be kept 30 feet from greens unless on the cart paths.

8.       Insurance carried by the Golf Course does not cover the loss or damage of golf or other personal property of the members while on Golf Course property. Theft and liability golf insurance is recommended.

9.       Music on a cart is allowed but must be kept at a minimal volume to avoid disturbing other golfers.

10.    A member may bring alcoholic beverage for personal consumption on the golf course but will do so at their own risk. Member is responsible for their actions and the actions of their guests. Please be responsible drinkers.

11.    The rules of the United States Golf Association on etiquette govern the play of Red Hawk Run Golf Course except for a few local rules as follows:

  1. Practicing is allowed in designated areas only.

  2. Golf carts are prohibited on greens, tees (including practice tee areas), and sand traps.

  3. Slow players shall invite pressing players to go through when the hole ahead is open.

  4. All players are responsible for repairing their ball marks on the greens and the proper replacement of all divots on the fairways and tees.

  5. All footprints must be smoothed out before leaving the bunkers.

  6. All bunker rakes should be out of the traps with the handle parallel with the trap edge.

  7. Flagpoles may be placed, but not dropped, on the greens. Golf bags should never be placed on the green.

 

ADMISSION TO MEMBERSHIP

Procedure – Applications for membership shall be in writing, stating the name and residence of the applicant, and shall be signed by the applicant. All applications for membership shall be filed with and submitted to the Manager. After such payment of fees and dues, the applicant shall receive from the Manager evidence of membership to Red Hawk Run Golf Course.

 

FAMILY PRIVILEGES

Members of the immediate family of all members of Red Hawk Run Golf Course shall enjoy the privileges of the Golf Course subject to such policies as the Manager may from time to time adopt. The term “immediate family,” wherever used in these Regulations, shall be understood to mean the legally married spouse, children,

stepchildren, and adopted children of such member. All classifications of children of a member shall not be more than 19 years of age, unless they are enrolled on a full-time basis in a college or university or who are in the Armed Forces of the United States, in which case they shall not be more than 23 years of age, to be entitled to the privileges of “immediate family.” All other family members are considered guests and are subject to guest rules.

 

DISCIPLINE

If the conduct of any members shall be in willful violation of the Rules and Regulations of the Red Hawk Run Golf Course or if any member shall be in default for the payment of their indebtedness to the Golf Course as provided in, the Manager shall, suspend or expel such member, or take other appropriate action.

Before taking such action, a written copy of the charges shall be served upon the member, and an opportunity given to the member to be heard before the Manager.

Any member suspended or expelled shall be refused admittance to the Golf Course and grounds until supervision or expulsion has been lifted.
